About Cabem
At CabemCare, we believe every person deserves someone who will stand beside them, not just manage their NDIS plan.
We provide independent Support Coordination and Psychosocial Recovery Coaching across Australia, supporting people with complex disabilities, psychosocial disability, mental health, autism, acquired brain injury, justice involvement and challenging circumstances.
We know the NDIS can feel overwhelming. Our role is to help you understand your plan, connect with quality supports, solve problems before they become crises and make sure your funding is working for you.
We don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Every participant has different goals, different challenges and different priorities. We take the time to understand what matters to you and work alongside you to build the supports that fit your life.
Whether you're new to the NDIS, changing providers, need help during a crisis or simply want someone who will genuinely advocate for you, we're here to help.
