About Jeonsa
Jeonsa is a small, family-run registered NDIS provider based in and proudly servicing the Hawkesbury, Greater Western Sydney and the Lower Blue Mountains. We are not a large company, and we do not want to be.
We deliberately keep our service personal so we genuinely know the people we support, their families, routines, risks, goals and what matters to them. Management remains closely involved, and families can speak directly with people who actually know their loved one.
Youβll get the personal relationship of a small provider, with the safeguards and accountability of a registered organisation behind you. Our workers are screened, trained and supported. If a regular worker is unavailable, there is a team behind them rather than leaving you without support.
We support children and adults with autism, intellectual disability, neurological and cognitive conditions, behaviours of concern and more complex needs. Supports include personal care, daily living, community access, respite, medication assistance and behaviour support plan implementation, with nursing oversight available where required.
Many of our participants need more than someone to simply fill a shift. They need familiar workers, careful observation and a provider that notices when something changes and follows it through.
At Jeonsa, you are not a roster number. You are known, supported and cared for by a small team that takes responsibility for the quality of your support.
