How we verify providers
Real verification, not a star count we made up.
Most directories rate providers with stars from anonymous reviewers. We do not. Every profile on Supportd passes the checks below before it appears in search. If a provider cannot show us the right paperwork, they do not list.
NDIS Worker Screening
Every listed worker confirms a current NDIS Worker Screening Check before their profile goes public.
Active ABN
We verify each provider's ABN against the Australian Business Register so you know the business is real and trading.
Working with Children Check
Required for any worker supporting participants under 18. Confirmed at signup and re-checked annually.
First Aid and CPR
Workers supporting personal care, community access, or in-home support confirm current first aid and CPR certificates.
