What's the catch?+
No catch. We're seeding the directory and want providers we can grow with. The founding offer rewards people who take a chance on us early. When we hit 75, we close it, and the monthly price for new members goes up to $59 for Starter and $119 for Growth.
When do I start paying?+
Billing starts when you join. You add a card at signup and your first payment is taken straight away, then monthly or annually at your founding rate. No setup fees and no commission.
Can I cancel any time?+
Yes, any time. Your listing stays live until the end of your current billing period and the next charge does not happen. There are no cancellation fees and no lock in contract.
Why "lock in for life"?+
Once the 75 founding spots are gone, new members pay $59 a month for Starter and $119 for Growth. Founding members keep paying $49 or $99 a month for life, even if they switch plans later. Your spot is confirmed when your first payment goes through.
What if Supportd doesn't get traffic?+
Fair question. We have a page for every NDIS service in every suburb in Australia, plus plain English guides families use to understand their plan. Google is showing more of those pages every month, and many already sit on page one for local searches. And there is no lock in, so if it does not work for you, you can cancel any time.
What if I'm not getting any leads?+
Tell us, and we will look at your listing with you. Supportd is still growing, so enquiries build over time and vary by area and service. We are upfront about that. Founding pricing exists to share that early risk with the providers who back us first, and your rate never goes up.
How is this different from Mable, Hireup, etc.?+
Those are platforms. They take a commission on every hour you work and they own the participant relationship. Supportd is a directory. Participants find you, contact you directly, and you do business on your own terms. We never take a cut of your work.
Do I need to be NDIS registered?+
No. Supportd is built specifically for independent support workers, sole traders, and unregistered providers, the operators most directories ignore. Registered providers are welcome too.
