What's the catch?+
No catch. We're seeding the directory and want providers we can grow with. The founding offer rewards people who take a chance on us early. When we hit 50, we close it.
Will my card be charged during the trial?+
No. Stripe holds your card on file so the subscription is ready to go, but we do not charge anything for 60 days. The first charge only happens on day 60.
When do I start paying?+
Day 60. You add a card at signup, but it is not charged until two full months have passed. We will email you on day 50 and again on day 58 so there are no surprises.
What happens if I cancel before day 60?+
Nothing. Zero charge, no obligation, no questions. Your card on file stays untouched. You can cancel from your dashboard any time during the 60 day trial.
Can I cancel after the trial?+
Yes, any time. Your listing stays live until the end of your current billing period and the next charge does not happen. There are no cancellation fees.
Why "lock in for life"?+
If we ever raise public pricing in the future, founding members keep paying their original rate forever, as long as the subscription stays active. Cancel and rejoin later, you pay whatever the price is at that time.
What if Supportd doesn't get traffic?+
Fair question, the SEO moat is real. We've built thousands of indexable pages covering every NDIS service category in every Australian suburb, plus plain English guides, an NDIS glossary, a blog and a directory hub. All of it is internally linked and rendered server side, which is what Google rewards. Traffic compounds with content depth, and we have already shipped the depth. The trial is also free, so if it does not work for you, you walk away at no cost.
What if I'm not getting any leads?+
Tell us. We're in build mode and direct feedback shapes what we improve. The platform is new, so early on leads will be lower volume than mature directories. We're upfront about that. Founding pricing exists to share that early risk between us and the providers who back us first.
How is this different from Mable, Hireup, etc.?+
Those are platforms. They take a commission on every hour you work and they own the participant relationship. Supportd is a directory. Participants find you, contact you directly, and you do business on your own terms. We never take a cut of your work.
Do I need to be NDIS registered?+
No. Supportd is built specifically for independent support workers, sole traders, and unregistered providers, the operators most directories ignore. Registered providers are welcome too.
