About Sassential
Sassential Care is a boutique in-home support service led by founder Sass Francis. We support seniors, self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants, and people with pets across Brisbane and the Gold Coast.
Our care is warm, reliable and genuinely personal. Sass and her small, carefully selected team take the time to learn each person’s routines, preferences and interests, providing familiar faces rather than a constantly changing roster. Support can include personal care, meals, cleaning, laundry, companionship, daily routines, community and café outings, shopping, appointments and errands. We can also care for the pets who share your home, with dog walking, feeding, basic grooming and vet transport available alongside regular support.
Sass remains closely involved in matching clients with carers, maintaining care standards and communicating with families. Every new relationship begins with a free, no-obligation meet and greet, giving everyone the opportunity to get comfortable and decide whether the fit feels right.
