About Sterling
We’re Sterling Care Australia, and we provide support to people accessing NDIS, TAC and WorkSafe services. We understand that everyone has different needs, routines and goals, so we take the time to listen and understand what matters to each person.
Our support can include help with daily living, household tasks, gardening and attendant care. We aim to make everyday life easier while supporting people to maintain their independence and stay connected with their community.
We believe good support is built on trust, respect and clear communication. We work with each person to provide support that suits their circumstances, treat them with dignity, and involve them in decisions about their care. We also value open communication with families, support coordinators and other professionals involved in a person’s support, with the person’s consent.
