Hi, I'm Ellie, the person behind Ellie Nourish & Care. I provide personalised, one-to-one lifestyle and daily living support across Peregian Springs, Coolum Beach, Noosa and surrounding Sunshine Coast suburbs.
My approach is warm, patient and person centred. I believe support should be built around you & your preferences, strengths, interests and goals helping you feel comfortable, develop confidence and maintain as much independence as possible.
How I can support you:
- Daily living: practical help with everyday routines, household tasks and organisation. - Community access: support with shopping, appointments, outings and participating in activities you enjoy. - Meal preparation: assistance with meal planning, shopping and building confidence in the kitchen. - Independence building: developing everyday skills, confidence and routines at your own pace. - Companionship and wellbeing: meaningful connection, encouragement and personalised lifestyle support.
I value trust, consistency, dignity and genuine human connection. Whether you need practical assistance at home, a companion for community outings or support to build new skills, my aim is to help you feel heard, respected and empowered in your everyday life.
I'm based in Peregian Springs and support participants across the northern Sunshine Coast, including Coolum Beach, Noosa and nearby suburbs.
I'm an independent, unregistered provider and can work with eligible self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants. We can discuss your goals, funding arrangements, support requirements and availability before getting started.
