We support self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants and take the time to understand each participant’s individual needs, goals, preferences, culture and circumstances. Our focus is not simply on providing a service, but on building trusted relationships and helping participants achieve meaningful outcomes in everyday life. Our services include Support Workers, Community Participation & Community Access, Social Activities, Daily Living Assistance, Household Tasks, Transport, Meal Preparation, Gardening & Home Maintenance, Driving Support and Support Coordination. We also connect participants with qualified Allied Health and Therapeutic professionals, including Psychologists, Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Social Workers, Dietitians, Counsellors, Nurses, Podiatry professionals and Therapy Assistants, according to individual needs and service availability. I am a caring, reliable and friendly independent support worker based in Mount Gambier, providing person-centred support to help people live as independently and confidently as possible. I have experience working with people with disability and understand that every person has different needs, routines, interests and goals. I take the time to get to know the person I am supporting and provide assistance in a respectful, patient and positive way. I can assist with community access, social outings, shopping, appointments, meal preparation, household tasks, daily living activities and companionship. I am also happy to support people to participate in activities they enjoy and become more involved in their local community. I enjoy cleaning, walking, spending time with family and meeting people from different backgrounds. I am approachable, dependable and value kindness, dignity, choice and respect. I am based in Mount Gambier and am open to supporting participants throughout the Limestone Coast, depending on location and support requirements.
