What is Continuity of Support?

In plain English

A programme that keeps supports going for some older people with disability who received state services before the NDIS but are not eligible to join it.

Continuity of Support is a programme for some older people with disability who were getting state funded services before the NDIS but did not become eligible for the scheme. It is meant to make sure those people do not simply lose their support. It is funded outside the NDIS. If this applies to someone you support, an advocate can help you understand what is available.
