The ART is where you go if you have completed an internal review and still believe the NDIA got it wrong. It is independent of the NDIA and looks at the decision fresh. The ART replaced the Administrative Appeals Tribunal in October 2024 and handles NDIS matters alongside other Commonwealth decisions.
