What is Section 100 Review?
In plain English
A formal request to review a NDIA decision you disagree with. There is a strict 3 month window from when you receive the decision letter.
A section 100 review is the formal internal review of an NDIA decision, named after the section of the NDIS Act that creates it. If you disagree with a decision, a different NDIA officer reconsiders it. There is a strict 3 month window from the date on the decision letter, so act promptly. It is the same process people often just call an internal review.
