The NDIS computer system that manages plans and payments, rolled out from 2023 to replace the older system.
PACE is the platform the NDIA uses to build plans, record your supports and process claims. For participants, the most visible change is the my NDIS portal and the idea of naming your my providers so they can claim, rather than the old service bookings. Some support categories are also recorded differently under PACE. Your plan manager or coordinator can help you understand how your plan is set up in the new system.
