Our services include Support Workers, Community Participation & Community Access, Social Activities, Daily Living Assistance, Household Tasks, Transport, Meal Preparation, Gardening & Home Maintenance, Driving Support and Support Coordination. We also connect participants with qualified Allied Health and Therapeutic professionals, including Psychologists, Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Social Workers, Dietitians, Counsellors, Nurses, Podiatry professionals and Therapy Assistants, according to individual needs and service availability. I am a caring, reliable and friendly independent support worker based in Mount Gambier, providing person-centred support to help people live as independently and confidently as possible. I have experience working with people with disability and understand that every person has different needs, routines, interests and goals. I take the time to get to know the person I am supporting and provide assistance in a respectful, patient and positive way. I can assist with community access, social outings, shopping, appointments, meal preparation, household tasks, daily living activities and companionship. I am also happy to support people to participate in activities they enjoy and become more involved in their local community.
