The parts you can buy on their own come to $148 a month plus $199 once. Premium is $249 a month and adds everything marked Premium only.

Before you choose
Is there a lock in contract?
No. Premium is month to month, or yearly if you choose to pay for the year. Cancel any time from your dashboard and you keep Premium until the end of the period you paid for.
Do you take a commission?
Never. You pay one flat price for Premium. Whatever you earn from the families who find you on Supportd is yours.
How does top placement work if other Premium providers cover my suburb?
Premium providers show above Growth and Starter on every suburb and service page they cover. When more than one Premium provider covers a page, you share the top and the order changes each day, so it stays fair. Featured spots, at most two a page, sit above everyone, and Premium includes one of those for a suburb you choose.
How many enquiries will I get?
We cannot promise a number. How many families get in touch depends on your area and services. What Premium changes is where you sit: first on the pages families search, and first in line when a family in your area asks our team for help.
I am already on Starter or Growth. Can I upgrade?
Yes. Upgrade from the subscription page in your dashboard so your current plan switches over, rather than starting a second subscription. You only pay the difference for the rest of your billing period.
What does "we write your profile" mean?
Ask once from your dashboard and we draft your profile from your website and services. You read it, change anything you like, and approve it before it goes live.
