Questions
Who is the kit for?
People starting an NDIS business in Australia, especially independent support workers and small providers, and anyone who has started and wants their setup in order.
Is this legal or financial advice?
No. It is practical general information, checked against the official NDIS and NDIS Commission pages, with links to them so you can confirm anything before you rely on it. For your structure, tax and agreements, talk to an accountant and a lawyer.
Does it include policies and a service agreement?
Not yet. We want a lawyer to check those before we include them, so this version covers everything else: the guide, the calculator, forms, checklists and marketing.
How do I get it after paying?
Straight away on screen, and we email you a link that keeps working. You can open every document online or download it as a PDF.
Is it included with a Supportd plan?
Yes, it is included in Premium. On Starter or Growth you can buy it from your dashboard.
Will it get me clients?
No kit can promise that. It helps you set up properly, price sensibly and present yourself well, which is what families and plan managers look for.
Set up properly, then get found
When you are ready for clients, list your business on Supportd so families in your area can find you by suburb and service. No commission on anything you earn.
