Supportd is a free directory of NDIS and aged care at home providers across Australia. If your business already serves providers, you can give your clients a simple way to be found, and we pay you a fee when a provider you refer subscribes.

Enquiries go straight to the provider. No commission, no cut of NDIS plan funds or aged care budgets, and no per lead fees.

On Growth, our team matches them with participants, older people and families who ask us to find a provider for the kinds of care they offer.

Registered providers, unregistered providers and independent support workers can all list.

A flat monthly or yearly subscription they can cancel any time.

We are honest with providers about volume: how many enquiries come through depends on their area and the services they offer, and we never promise a number. Growth is $99 a month during our founding round ($119 after it closes), or $990 a year.

How the partner fee works

You choose one of two simple models when we set you up:

A set fee

$150 per provider you refer who subscribes, paid after their third monthly payment, or straight away when they choose a quarterly or yearly plan.

A revenue share

20% of what they pay for their first 12 months, for every provider you refer who subscribes.

Fees are only ever paid for providers who subscribe. We never pay anyone, or give anything of value, for referring NDIS participants, older people or families, and we never pay support coordinators, plan managers or any other NDIS provider for referrals. Supportd stays free and neutral for families.

Your clients keep the founding rate of $99 a month for Growth, even after our founding round closes.

No cash, gift cards or vouchers, for anyone.

How tracking works

You get your own welcome page, supportd.com.au/partners/your name, showing your client offer.
When a provider visits it, a first party cookie on supportd.com.au remembers your referral for 30 days. No third party tracking.
When they create their Supportd account, your name is saved against it, and their payments are counted from there.
Ask us any time for a summary of the providers you referred and the fees due.

We always disclose it

Every partner page says plainly: “We pay [partner] a fee when a provider they refer subscribes.” We ask partners to say the same wherever they mention Supportd.
