What is Early Childhood Partner?
In plain English
An organisation that delivers the NDIS early childhood approach. Families of young children can approach an early childhood partner first, often before any plan exists.
An early childhood partner is an organisation contracted by the NDIA to deliver the early childhood approach. Families of young children can go to a partner first for advice, connections to mainstream services and short term early supports. The partner can also help a child apply to the NDIS if ongoing support is needed. It is designed to be a friendly, low pressure first point of contact.
