What is Medium Term Accommodation (MTA)?

Short term funding, usually up to 90 days, for somewhere to live while you wait for your confirmed long term housing to become available.
MTA bridges the gap when you are ready to move but your permanent home, such as an SDA dwelling, is not ready yet. It funds the accommodation for up to about 90 days while the long term option is finalised. It does not pay for your day to day supports, which come from other parts of your plan. MTA has to be justified by a genuine, identified housing option that is coming.
