Price guide, pricing arrangements, pricing schedule
People have called it the price guide for years. Its formal name became the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits, often shortened to PAPL. From 2026/27 the prices sit in a new document, the NDIS pricing schedule, which is part of a pricing determination made by the Minister for Disability and the NDIS.
They all answer the same question: what is the most a provider can be paid for a support from an NDIS plan?

Common 2026/27 price limits
These are national limits, which apply in most of Australia. Remote and very remote areas have higher limits.
- Support worker, self care, standard, weekday daytime: $73.58 an hour
- Support worker, self care, standard, Saturday: $103.54 an hour
- Occupational therapy: $193.99 an hour
- Physiotherapy: $183.99 an hour
- Psychology: $252.99 an hour
- Support coordination level 2: $100.14 an hour
- Plan management monthly fee: $104.45
Who has to follow it
The price limits apply when funding is NDIA managed or managed by a registered plan manager, whether the provider is registered or not. Self managed participants are not bound by the limits, but they can still use them as a benchmark when agreeing prices.
How to use it
- Participants: check a quote or invoice uses the right item, the right time of day and a price at or below the limit
- Providers: set your prices per item, per time of day and per location, and update service agreements when limits change
- Everyone: check again after 1 December 2026, when the schedule is due to be updated for the SCHADS Award changes
